The Development of The Tourist Cibuntu Village, Cibuntu Regency, West Java Based on SWOT Analysis Artina S, Vienna; Dewi P, Wijayanti; Togubu, Runi Yulianti The Cibuntu village is one of the beautiful village of Kuningan District,West Java. Cibuntu village is located on the Southern city of Cirebon and Eastern part of the province of West Java with a total area of 274.651 ha and a population of 978 capita. This article presents the SWOT to analysis the tourism development in Cibuntu rural tourism. That can be used as a reference for the local government authorities to design tourism development in Cibuntu rural tourism. Tourism Village is a tourist activity that utilizes natural resources or cultural resources originals. This research focuses on sustainable development of the rural areas in Cibuntu village, the internal factors and the external factors. The objective of the present research is to identify and examine the effects of expansion of tourism on sustainable development of the rural areas in terms of economy, societyculture ecology and institution. The result show that Cibuntu village was expected to be a rural village for tourist destination, it has a natural potential because situated at the foothills of Ciremai mountain, it has a natural outcome in the form of vegetables and fruits and also has a historic relic sites stone, and also its traditional culinary tourism.

Prototipe Meter Air Digital Menggunakan Linkit One dan Database Ubidot Purnomo, Yunianto; Saefullah, Asep Pelanggan PDAM saat ini umumnya masih menggunakan meteran air analog sebagai alat pengukur pemakaian air yang dipasang oleh petugas PDAM di tiap rumah. Pencatatan pemakaian air dengan meteran analog ini berpotensi menimbulkan masalah pencatatan meter air. Untuk mengantisipasi hal itu maka dicoba dibuat alat pemcatat meter air digital yang datanya disimpan di cloud agar pelanggan bisa mengetahui penggunaan debit air PDAM melalui smartphone. Prototipe meter air digital ini dirancang dengan menggunakan sistem Linkit One sebagai alat kendali. Menggunakan sensor water flow untuk mendeteksi debit air dan solenoid valve sebagai perangkat katup otomatis. Prototipe meter air digital ini menggunakan keypad 4x3 sebagai perangkat input data dan LCD 16x2 sebagai perangkat output. Metode penelitian adalah prototyping. Pelanggan PDAM mengatur penggunaan air dengan menekan angka pada tombol keypad sesuai kebutuhan, air mengalir melalui sensor yang datanya secara otomatis akan masuk ke database Ubidot di cloud. Database Ubidots diakses dengan memanfaatkan sinyal Wi-Fi yang ditangkap oleh Linkit One. Solenoid valve akan terbuka untuk mengalirkan air dan sensor water flow akan bekerja sampai angka pemakaian mencapai angka yang diatur pada input LCD. Saat debit air telah sesuai dengan kuota yang di-input maka solenoid valve akan tertutup dan aliran air akan berhenti otomatis.

Drawing Studies As Research In The Art Mustaqim, Karna This paper sets forth to consider the significance of drawings as part of visual communication design. It is to present that drawing is not just a cursory to generate ideas, but it has its own energy and philosophy which deserve studying as a domain of art. In recent years, drawing has received attention; there are on the one hand groups of drawing practitioners, and on the other hand a group of drawing researchers. Digging into research actually is a necessity for visual communication studies. Based upon to this perspective, visual (communication) studies should be more selfreflexive. The production of visual communication contributes to construct the visual knowledge in society.This paper is about explicating the writer as the artist himself who do lived-experience of drawing performs as the research objective. However, this objective is an exceptional one, which is the dual experience of the artist as the instrument who producing the drawing and as the spectators himself welcoming and appreciating as he/she reveals him/herself capable of wondering. In a particular way, this research is to show that through the making of drawings, the drawing perform’s the lived-experience, that it can be another paradigm so called art-based or artistic research.
