One of them is through the Corporate Performance Rating Program (PROPER) which is managed by the State Ministry of Environment. Over the past few years, each manufacturer is evaluated based on the criteria defined by the program and rated or predicated. But, how exactly is the energy efficiency level of green buildings by manufacturers? And what is the level of profitability after energy efficiency? This research is limited to the scope of PROPER's predicated go public manufacturers in Kota Cilegon. This research uses descriptive quantitative method in which quantitative data is described to be non-generalized qualitative data. The purpose of this research is to know the level of green building energy efficiency and profitability of PROPER’s predicated go public manufacturers in Cilegon City in 2012 - 2016. Supposedly as public officials, civil servants were able to give good service . If the public service is getting better, then the image of civil servants as servants of the state become better in the eyes of society. It is expected that all civil servants could uphold the integrity of each institution. One of the factors that need to be considered that can improve a good performance is furniture layout in the office. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the office furniture layout to the effectiveness performance of the civil servants.
