Abstract:
This study aims to examine the influence of location, price and hotel
facilities on the decision to stay. This research was conducted by questionnaire
method. Data were obtained from 75 (seventy five) respondents obtained
through accidental sampling technique. The object of this research is
ParagonBiz Hotel located at Binong Raya Road No. No. 9 Karawaci,
Tangerang. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple regression
analysis.
The results of this study indicate that the variable that has a significant
influence on the decision to stay is the location. Price perception and hotel
facilities have no effect on customer's decision. The results of this study indicate
that the better the location, it will increasingly increase the value of guest
decisions to stay.
