Abstract:
This study aims to examine the effect of product quality, price, service to
buying decision. This research was conducted by questionnaire method. Data
were obtained from 100 (one hundred) respondents obtained through non
probability sampling technique. The object of this research is Pisa Restaurant
Kafe Menteng Jakarta. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple
regression analysis.
The results of this study indicate that the variables that have a
significant influence on the decision to stay is the quality of products, services,
and location. While prices negatively affect the buying decision.
