Hubungan Tingkat Pendidikan dan Pengalaman Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Alam Sutera Realty Tbk

Abstract

20166120017 - This research was conducted to determine the effect of the level of education and work experience of PT. Alam Sutera Realty Tbk This research is a quantitative study using primary data as a reference. The sample used in this study was 150 employees taken at random from the total population, which is 2565 employees. Data collection techniques used a questionnaire consisting of 30 statements in total. Hypothesis testing was performed using Kendall's correlation test and statistical tests consisting of multiple linear regression tests, t tests, and F tests. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that: (1 ) T test results on the Education Level (X1) variable obtained by education level have a significant effect on performance. (2) T test results on the Work Experience variable (X2) are obtained, there is a significant influence which means that partially work experience has a significant effect on performance. (3) From the Anova table, the probability value (Sig) is 0,000. Because the Sig value <0.05 (0,000 <0.05), the decision is that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The conclusion is significant, meaning that the level of education and work experience together or simultaneously have a significant effect on performance.
