Abstract:
20175720005 - The rapid development of technology causes information systems to be one of the main factors in supporting the company. Logistic is part of Supply Chain Management (SCM) which integrates inventory, warehousing, and packaging, while Logistic Information System (LIS) is a system that includes ordering management system, warehouse management system, and transportation management system. In order to implement a LIS that suits the company, it is necessary to analyze and design the LIS. Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) and Performance, Information, Economics, Control, Efficiency, and Services (PIECES) framework will be the tools that help in analyze and design LIS. OOAD uses Unified Modeling Language (UML). It also helps to analyze and design the process and the system, there will be a user interface to delivers the requirement visually. With LIS, activities in a company can be more effective and efficient.
